A contact route
Email info@arukustech.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information.
This policy explains how Arukus Technologies handles information in connection with this website and the enquiries made through it. It is intended to help visitors understand the information involved before sharing it with us.
Who this policy covers
This policy applies to people browsing the Arukus website, submitting an enquiry or communicating with us through its contact details. It also describes the information used to operate the website’s protected administration area.
A customer’s use of an Arukus business application may involve different data, users, hosting arrangements and contractual responsibilities. Those activities are governed by the relevant customer agreement and any deployment-specific privacy or data-processing terms. This website policy does not replace them.
Information you provide
When you submit the contact form, we collect the details entered in the form: your name, work email address, telephone number with country code, organisation, industry and any message you choose to provide. The form identifies required fields. You do not need to select a product to contact us.
If you email or call us, the information in that conversation may help us respond to your requirement. Please share only the information needed for the enquiry. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, production customer records, health information or confidential investigation material through the ordinary contact form.
How enquiry information is used
We use enquiry information to understand the process or service you are asking about, route the conversation to the appropriate team, respond to questions, arrange a demonstration or meeting and maintain a record of relevant follow-up.
Authorised team members may add internal notes, assign an enquiry, update its status and record the next action. These records support the business conversation and are not displayed to other website visitors. Submitting an enquiry is not an account registration and does not create a subscription to unrelated promotional messages.
Acknowledgements and follow-up emails
Where email delivery is enabled, the website can send an acknowledgement to the email address you provided and an internal notification to the Arukus team. An acknowledgement may include our company brochure. An email provider processes the addressing and message information needed to deliver those communications.
The enquiry remains available to authorised team members even if the acknowledgement cannot be sent. If a message reaches you in error or you no longer want a follow-up conversation, reply to it or contact info@arukustech.com.
Technical information and website operation
Hosting, network and security services may process technical information such as an IP address, request time, requested page, browser information and error details as part of delivering and protecting the website. The particular records depend on the hosting environment and services in use.
The application uses an enquiry reference to recognise a repeated submission and reduce accidental duplicates. Login-protection records help assess unsuccessful sign-in attempts. These operating functions are distinct from optional marketing analytics.
Administration accounts and access
The protected administration area is used by authorised Arukus personnel. Account information, roles, session records and content or enquiry changes support account access, administration and accountability. Password-based installations store salted password hashes rather than plaintext passwords.
Essential session information allows an authorised user to remain signed in. Access to content, enquiries, settings and team administration depends on assigned permissions. Administrative activity records may include the account, action, affected record and time of a change.
Cookies and optional analytics
Essential administration cookies support signed-in website management. They are separate from optional analytics or tracking services that may be configured for the public website. Browser controls can help you review, restrict or delete cookies; restricting essential cookies may prevent administration features from working.
Where an analytics service is enabled, it may receive page and interaction information, such as a visit to a contact page, a resource download or completion of an enquiry. The application’s engagement events are designed to exclude enquiry names, email addresses, telephone numbers, message text and URL query strings. A provider may process other technical information under its own settings and policies. The services active on a particular visit depend on the website configuration.
Google Maps and other external services
The Contact page includes a Google Maps view of our Kolkata office. Loading or using that embedded map connects your browser to Google. Google may process technical information and information associated with your browser, device or Google settings under its own privacy policy. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
Links to social networks, external resources and other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Those services are responsible for how they handle information when you use them. You can contact Arukus by email or telephone without using the embedded map or a social-network link.
Sharing and service providers
Enquiry records are available to authorised Arukus team members for the purposes described above. Hosting, storage, email, technical support and analytics providers may process information as needed to provide the services we use. We do not offer enquiry details for sale through this website.
Information may also be disclosed where necessary to meet an applicable legal obligation, respond to a valid request from an authorised authority, address a security incident or protect lawful rights. Information-sharing decisions should reflect the purpose and circumstances of the request.
Where information is handled
Website hosting, email and other providers may operate in more than one country. The location of processing depends on the provider and deployment arrangement. Customer application hosting and data-location requirements are addressed separately in the relevant engagement.
For a procurement review or a question about the handling of a particular enquiry, contact us so that we can discuss the relevant service arrangement rather than assuming that every Arukus system uses the same infrastructure.
Retention and deletion
Information is kept for the purposes for which it was collected, including handling the enquiry, maintaining relevant business correspondence, operating the website and meeting applicable recordkeeping or legal requirements. Retention should take account of whether the conversation remains active and whether there is a continuing reason to retain the record.
This website does not state a single automatic deletion period for every category of information. Backups, administrative history, security records and information needed for an established customer relationship may follow different handling requirements. You can ask about the information associated with your enquiry or request deletion through the contact route below.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can ask us about the information you submitted, request correction of inaccurate details or request deletion where applicable. You can also ask us to stop a follow-up conversation or raise a concern about how your information has been handled. Requests are considered in light of the applicable law and any legitimate need to retain particular records.
Email info@arukustech.com with the subject “Website privacy request”. Include enough context to identify the enquiry, such as the email address used and an approximate submission date. We may need to confirm your identity before disclosing or changing information. Please do not send identity documents unless an appropriate verification method has first been agreed. A request will not require you to reveal your website password.
Information security and sensible precautions
Arukus Technologies is an ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified company. The certification relates to the organisation’s information security management system and its defined scope. Website and customer-deployment controls should be understood in their implementation context.
Access permissions, password handling, encrypted private settings and operational safeguards help protect the information used by this website. No internet service can promise absolute security. If you believe information has been sent to the wrong place or notice a security concern, contact us promptly without including credentials or unnecessary sensitive records in the initial message.
Children and information about other people
This website is intended for business audiences and is not designed for children to submit personal information. If you believe a child’s information has been submitted, contact us so that we can assess the record and the appropriate next step.
If you provide another person’s contact information, ensure you are entitled to share it and that it is necessary for the business conversation. Avoid including unrelated customer, employee or borrower information in a general website enquiry.
Changes and how to contact us
We may update this policy when the website, service arrangements or information-handling practices change. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page. The current policy should be read together with any specific notice provided for the service you are using.
For website privacy questions and requests, contact info@arukustech.com or write to Arukus Technologies, Merlin Infinite, Office #901, DN-51, Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. You may also call +91 33 4808 9668. This is the initial contact route for privacy concerns; it does not identify a separately appointed data protection officer.
