At Arukus Technologies, you will design and deploy LLM applications, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and agentic workflows, primarily on Azure. The work combines engineering depth with client discovery, secure architecture and continuous improvement.

• Lead AI readiness workshops, map business processes and identify opportunities for automation with a clear return on investment.
• Translate requirements into agent designs and LLM solution architectures; demonstrate solutions and explain technical choices to clients.
• Build conversational and task-oriented agents using Python-native and low/no-code tools, with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen and LlamaIndex.
• Design RAG pipelines, semantic search and vector-store integrations using technologies such as ChromaDB, FAISS, Pinecone, Qdrant or OpenSearch.
• Connect AI solutions to M365, Jira, ServiceNow, CRMs and ERPs through REST APIs and webhooks.
• Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and clients for standardised tool-based workflows.
• Apply prompt engineering, tool/function calling and fine-tuning where appropriate, supported by evaluation rather than assumptions.
• Build evaluation pipelines, monitor drift and performance, and improve solutions using telemetry and user feedback.
• Threat-model LLM systems, defend against prompt injection and apply data privacy, governance and domain-specific compliance controls, including GxP where applicable.
• Document reusable patterns, mentor junior engineers and share learning through client presentations and internal peer groups.

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade Generative AI / LLM solutions.
• Strong Python skills for AI development, backend services and API integration, including FastAPI and RESTful APIs.
• Practical experience with LLM orchestration frameworks and production RAG pipelines with vector stores.
• A solid understanding of Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Services and Azure Data Factory.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications through REST APIs and webhooks.
• A sound understanding of LLM security risks, guardrails and data governance.
• Clear English communication and the confidence to run workshops, answer technical questions and explain ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Multi-agent systems, MCP, LLM fine-tuning and open-source model deployments.
• Docker, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Neo4j, graph databases or knowledge graph-based AI architectures.
• AI implementations in IT operations, pharma, QA/testing, sales, HR or finance.
• Relevant Microsoft or Google Cloud AI/ML certifications.

• Develop, maintain and enhance web applications using Core PHP and Laravel.
