AI DISCOVERY & IMPLEMENTATION

Find the AI use case
worth building.

Start with one business process. We help define the task, check the data and design a pilot that shows whether AI can improve the work—and what it would take to operate it.

An illustrative starting point

A support request, from inbox to reviewed reply.

A practical pilot does not need to automate the entire service desk. It can focus on the preparation work before an agent responds.

Current process

Search. Read. Reassemble.

An agent reads the request, searches several policy documents, checks which guidance applies and writes a response. A colleague may repeat the same search when the request changes hands.

Pilot to evaluate

Prepare, with the source in view.

An assistant retrieves passages from approved knowledge and proposes a draft beside those sources. The agent checks the answer, corrects it if needed and decides what to send.

Illustrative pilot scope, not a claim of a released feature. Measure answer quality and checking effort as well as preparation time.

Map the work

Follow a real task, its records, handovers and exceptions. Establish what the team wants to improve.

Discovery and pilot scope are agreed for each engagement. A pilot does not imply production deployment or a fixed performance improvement.
What you should have in hand

More than a demonstration.

The output should help your business and technical teams make the next investment decision. We agree the depth of each deliverable before starting.

  1. 01

    A mapped use case

The task, users, current handovers, exceptions and baseline measures.

  2. 02

    A data and access assessment

Approved sources, quality gaps, permissions, integration dependencies and preparation work.

  3. 03

    A pilot and evaluation record

The bounded workflow, test examples, review responsibilities, results and unresolved issues.

  4. 04

    A delivery recommendation

The proposed implementation scope, model and tool considerations, operating costs, support responsibilities and the next decision.

Other tasks worth examining

Receipt preparation

Extract agreed fields beside the receipt, highlight uncertainty and test whether finance needs less checking effort.

Internal policy questions

Find the relevant passage in an approved document collection and make unanswered or conflicting guidance visible.

Operational handovers

Assess whether rules can move an approved record, or whether a supervised agent is useful for a clearly permitted sequence.

Before we start

Do we need a large, clean dataset?

It depends on the task. A policy assistant needs a reliable document collection; a receipt pilot needs representative examples and reviewed field values. Discovery identifies whether the available material is suitable and what preparation is needed.

Will AI be added to every step?

No. A form, a routing rule or an integration may solve the problem more simply. We choose AI for tasks where interpretation or assistance can provide a useful improvement.

How will we judge the pilot?

Agree task-specific measures before testing: supported answers, field accuracy, reviewer corrections, completion time or correctly coordinated actions. Include difficult and incomplete cases, not only ideal examples.

Does a successful pilot go straight into production?

Production needs its own agreed scope, access controls, monitoring, support, cost and acceptance criteria. Pilot evidence informs that decision; it does not replace it.

Bring us one process that takes too much effort.

A sample request, a typical document and a conversation with the person doing the work are useful starting points. We can then define what a focused discovery engagement should resolve.
