A field manager may need to balance scheduled visits, outstanding tasks and the time available to the team. An assistant could prepare a suggested sequence from those inputs and show the assumptions behind it.
The manager would confirm the plan. Location accuracy, working hours, visit duration and access to customer information all need to be considered. A suggested route should not become an instruction without that review.
A separate use could summarise visit notes for a handover. The source record should remain available so the next person can check details that a short summary may leave out.
