The work after the decision

An approved expense, a reviewed support request or an agreed corrective action can still require several updates. Someone confirms the owner, records a due date, updates another system and checks that the task has moved forward. A supervised agent could help coordinate those steps.

Give the agent a defined responsibility

The pilot should identify the exact records and tools the agent may use. A person approves the plan and the actions that require review. The agent then works within those permissions, records what it has done and stops when the information or access is insufficient.

This can be explored for internal service work, administrative follow-ups or action tracking. It does not imply that a ready-made agent is currently available in every Arukus product.

Check the whole handover

Evaluation should consider correct assignments, failed updates, repeated reminders and the effort needed to supervise the workflow. Marking a task complete is not always the same as verifying the business outcome; the authorised reviewer remains responsible for that final check.
